By accessing and using Echo Funding's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Nature of Service: Echo Funding operates as a proprietary trading firm offering trading evaluation and assessment services. We do NOT provide investment services, brokerage services, or financial advisory services. Our platform offers trading evaluations where participants demonstrate their trading skills.

What We Sell: We sell trading evaluation assessments, not investments. When you purchase an evaluation, you are purchasing access to a simulated trading environment to demonstrate your trading capabilities. This is NOT an investment opportunity.

Trading Platform Partner: All trading activities are conducted through our partner broker, Exness. Echo Funding is not a broker and does not provide trading execution services. Trading accounts are provided and managed through Exness's trading platform (MT4 and MT5). Echo Funding acts solely as an evaluation and funding intermediary.

Exness Regulatory Status: Exness operates through multiple regulated entities authorized in Seychelles, Curaçao, and the British Virgin Islands. Exness maintains PCI DSS compliance for data security. For detailed regulatory information, please refer to Exness's official website.

3. Trading Evaluation Process

Evaluation Purchase: When you purchase a trading evaluation, you receive access to a simulated trading account. This account is used solely for evaluation purposes to assess your trading skills and risk management capabilities.

Not an Investment: The evaluation fee you pay is for the assessment service, not an investment in any trading account or financial instrument. There is no guarantee of funding or profit sharing.

Challenge Rules: Each evaluation has specific rules and objectives that must be met to qualify for potential funding opportunities. These rules are clearly stated at the time of purchase and in your evaluation dashboard.

4. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Trading Rules and Requirements

4.1 Evaluation Phase

• No time limit to achieve profit targets
• Minimum trading days: varies by plan (see our Challenges page)
• All strategies allowed including EAs and automated trading
• Must be traded personally by account holder

4.2 Funded Trader Phase - Demo Account Period

Important: After successfully completing the evaluation phase, you will receive access to a funded trader account that operates in DEMO mode for up to 12 months. This is a simulated trading environment used to assess your trading skills and risk management before potential promotion to a live production account.

• Demo Trading Period: You will trade on a demo account for up to 12 months after passing the evaluation
• Payouts During Demo: You will receive profit sharing payouts normally during the demo period, as if trading on a live account
• Production Account Evaluation: After 12 months of demo trading, you may be evaluated for potential migration to a live production (PRD) account
• No Guarantee: Migration to production account is not guaranteed and depends on your performance, compliance, and our assessment
• Prohibited strategies: Grid trading (5+ simultaneous orders), Martingale, latency arbitrage
• No hedging between accounts
• No third-party account management
• No copy trading from other traders
• Profit consistency rule: No single day's profitable PnL may exceed 40% of the total profitable PnL accumulated

4.3 Weekend Trading

4.4 Allowed Trading Instruments

Forex Pairs Only: Only forex currency pairs are permitted for trading. Indices, cryptocurrencies, and commodities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Prohibited Instruments: Trading in indices (e.g., S&P 500, DAX, NASDAQ), cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC/USD, ETH/USD), commodities (e.g., gold, oil), or any other instruments not listed above will result in immediate account violation and potential termination.

6. Account Limits and Scaling

• Maximum buying power: $200,000 per trader
• Special evaluations available for higher limits upon request
• Account scaling based on consistent performance

7. Payouts and Profit Sharing

Important: Profit sharing is only available to participants who successfully complete the evaluation phase and are approved for funded trader status. Payouts are subject to meeting all requirements and are not guaranteed.

Demo Account Payouts: During the demo account period (up to 12 months), you will receive profit sharing payouts normally as specified in your plan. The demo account status does not affect your eligibility for payouts.

• Payout requests processed within standard timeframes
• Payouts are subject to the 40% Consistency Rule (no single day exceeding 40% of total profit)
• Payments are made via USDT (BEP-20) or Bank Transfer (SWIFT)
• SWIFT withdrawals may be subject to bank processing and exchange fees
• Payouts are processed normally during both demo and production account phases

No Guarantee: Echo Funding does not guarantee any payouts, profits, or funding opportunities. All outcomes depend on your trading performance and compliance with our terms.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities will result in immediate account termination:

• Trading in prohibited instruments (indices, cryptocurrencies, commodities, or any non-authorized forex pairs)
• Platform exploitation or abuse
• Use of delayed data feeds for risk-free profits
• Trade copying between users
• Third-party account management
• Manipulation of account statistics
• Multiple accounts under same identity without authorization

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Breach drawdown limits
• Engage in prohibited trading strategies
• Provide false or misleading information

10. Risk Disclosure

Trading forex, CFDs, and leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for your financial situation. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Please review our Risk Disclosure document for complete information.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this platform are the property of Echo Funding. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Echo Funding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. We are not responsible for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial consequences arising from participation in our evaluation programs.

Broker-Related Liability: Echo Funding is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, any losses or damages (total or partial) caused by, resulting from, or relating to any trading platform issues, execution problems, spreads, slippage, platform downtime, or any services provided by our broker partner Exness. All broker-related services are the sole responsibility of Exness.

No Investment Advice: The information provided by Echo Funding does not constitute investment advice, recommendation, or solicitation to engage in any investment activity. Any interaction with our services constitutes an individual and voluntary operation on your part.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of material changes through our platform or email.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international trading regulations and laws.
